Why we started

Dubrovnik is one of the most visited cities in Europe and its transfer market reflects that — metered taxis with unpredictable pricing, shared shuttle buses, and a booking experience that feels like it belongs to a different decade.

We started Ragusa Transfer because we believed the experience of arriving in Dubrovnik should match the destination itself. Your driver at arrivals with your name. A price confirmed before you leave home. A vehicle that does not smell like the last twelve passengers.

We operate a small, curated fleet — a Mercedes Vito W447 for groups and families, an executive sedan for couples and solo travellers. Both are clean, maintained and driven by people who are paid to be professional, not just to be there.

Our tours follow the same logic. We do not take you to the tourist-facing version of Pelješac or Ston. We take you to the real thing, with enough time to actually experience it.
